The Client
Crawl Pros partnered with Happy Hour Media to enhance their digital and traditional media performance and expand into new markets in a competitive industry. From the start, we focused on improving their online lead generation by developing a mobile-friendly, user-focused website designed to drive qualified conversions. We’ve boosted their SEO rankings and increased ROAS across all channels, including paid Yelp campaigns.
With access to their CRM data, we’ve optimized media plans using data-driven strategies, leading to year-over-year revenue growth with minimal increases in marketing spend. The Challenge
Crawl Pros faced several challenges as owner Richard Herron sought to expand into new U.S. markets and introduce additional brands and services. To support this growth, Happy Hour Media quickly identified key priorities: enhancing lead attribution, increasing online conversion rates, validating bottom-of-funnel lead generation tactics, and implementing robust data and analytics tracking. Although initially skeptical of the plan, Richard trusted us to lay the foundation for scalable success.
The Outcome
In June 2020, Happy Hour Media took over the advertising platform, and within just three months, a $5K ad spend generated over $85K in sales revenue.
HHM was instrumental in launching Pest Pros, a new pest control brand. Today, Pest Pros operates as a stand-alone company with its own dedicated team, website, and lead-generation strategy.
