New In-Bound Lead Strategy for 1-800Accountant

1-800Accountant is a national virtual accounting service that allows small businesses to receive unlimited remote support from Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) who specialize in maximizing tax savings, outsourced bookkeeping, and outsourced payroll for one flat-fee. Their simple fee structure offers a significant advantage over traditional CPAs and bookkeepers who charge high hourly fees for the same services.

In 2019, Happy Hour Media launched a new in-bound lead strategy that reached millions of small business owners across the country.

Happy Hour Media’s robust data reporting and analytics combined with attribution modeling played an integral role in understanding large data sets, trends and multi-channel performance.

In 2021, we launched 1-800Accountant’s first national radio campaign. Our strong partnership with Premiere Networks and iHeart Media allowed us to reach millions of business owners and entrepreneurs. The goal was to promote their tax, accounting, and bookkeeping services for small business owners, as well as their entity formation offering for those launching a new business. The campaign was anchored by Sean Hannity’s endorsement but ran across the Rush Limbaugh Show and other high-profile programs in the network. Through active management of campaign and partnership with Premiere Networks, we were able to deliver 31% more impressions than contracted via no-charge bonus inventory and upgrades.
